Amy & Ashley opted for the "Cheeky Toast Package" to ensure that the key parts of their wedding day would be captured.

The Canada Lodge & Lake is situated in a breath-taking location that looks like something straight out of a fairy-tale book.

​

What's also useful for everyone (including the wedding photographer!) is that the set up allows for the entire wedding day to take place within the same venue - with the ceremony on the ground floor & a separate reception room on the lower level that looks out onto views of the lake & luscious green natural surroundings.

​

Despite being gifted a rainy overcast day outdoors, the couple had decorated the ceremony room beautifully, with fairy lights that were strung high from the ceiling of the wooden lodge helping to add a cosy November vibe with a warm intimate atmosphere.

​

Although we were unable to make full use of the leafy exterior surroundings due to the weather (fortunately, inside the lodge is aesthetically pleasing enough that we were able to carry out the group photos indoors in front of a large fireplace in the ceremony room), the consistent light rain did eventually subside for long enough for us to catch some shots of the married couple in the afternoon just before the light disappeared.
